Super Busy? Here's How To Make Time For Exercise?

Struggling to make time for exercise? I get it. Between work, family, and other commitments, it can sometimes seem impossible to fit in working out, too. With so much going on, exercising seems like the last thing you’d be able to fit into your routine.

But what if you want to get fitter and healthy but don’t have the time? Babes, you absolutely CAN make time for exercise, and I am here to show you how!

Here are my top 5 tips for making time for working out, even if you’re super busy!

Train smarter, not harder
Babes, you DO NOT need to train 6 days a week to get results! When you’re short on time, you need to be strategic about how you train if you want to get fitter and stronger.

The best way to make time for exercise is to aim for three workouts per week. Yes, just three! Three strategically planned high intensity, full body workouts will maximize the load on your muscles despite the reduced training frequency. This means that you’ll be working all your major muscle groups and burning more calories at the same time too.

But how long should your sessions be? Babes, with this method, you can literally work out for 30-45 minutes — that’s it! Since the sessions are higher intensity and work your whole body, it’s faster to complete your workout!

My Full Body Blitz Programs are specifically designed with this method to help those short on time achieve MAXIMUM results!

Create a schedule
If you’re serious about wanting to make time for exercise, you need to fit it into your schedule! Take a look at your weekly schedule and figure out when the best possible time would be for you to complete your workout.

Are you a morning person? A lunchtime trainer? Or prefer working out at night? Really spend the time figuring out when it would best suit your lifestyle (although sometimes, there is no best time, you just need to commit to any time).

Make an appointment with yourself to exercise. Literally make it as if you have any other appointment that you’d stick to. Put it in your calendar and you’re on your way to success!

Consider waking up earlier
Not everyone is a morning person, but if you do feel short on time in your day, you may really benefit from waking up just a little bit earlier.

No, I don’t mean you need to wake up at 5am. Even waking up just 30 minutes earlier than you usually would, will give you a massive leg up in getting things done and being productive for the day.

You could even consider that time a ‘bonus’ 30 minutes, where you could easily fit in a quick Full Body Blitz workout without having to majorly change around your schedule!

Figure out the best place to workout
Gym or home: that is the question. Take the time to figure out where the best place to workout would be.

Do you have any gyms nearby? Or will you be stuck in traffic for 30 minutes driving there in peak hour? These are all really important considerations, especially when you are short on time.

If you have a gym close by to your home, or workplace, then that’s great! Otherwise, you should really consider training at home.

There is no excuse for not working out if you decide to train at home. The best part is, you don’t have to commute anywhere! Home training can be a MASSIVE time saver. All you need are some dumbbells and booty bands, and you’ll be set up!

Full Body Blitz gives you access to both gym and home programs — you can even swap between them if you like training in both locations!

So babes, no matter how crazy your schedule may seem, I promise that with proper planning and dedication, you can absolutely make time for exercise AND get epic results too!

Not only does Full Body Blitz provide you with the workouts you need to succeed, but also comes with a meal plan designed with quick and easy recipes so you can nail your nutrition too!
