Train only 3x a week and still get RESULTS! This 8-week program features a careful selection of full-body exercises to ensure you hit the optimal training frequency - it’s designed to fit YOUR life schedule, not the other way around!

Home workouts require only dumbbells and resistance bands. Use my methods to add difficulty to your workouts using minimal equipment!

  • Develop a consistent routine while still getting results (whether that’s gym or home). 
  • Fits into your lifestyle - not the other way around
  • Switch between gym & home workouts as you please!
  • Meal plans developed by qualified nutritionists to ensure your eating is on point! Choose between 4 calorie levels (whether you’re in a fat loss phase or building- we got you!) 
  • Suitable for regular & vegetarian diets (also customisable for vegan diets). No need to worry about balancing your macros yourself! Our meal plans are designed to get you results, stress free!

    We recommend downloading your plan into the simplified PDFs during this time as your access will be cut off after this time. Unfortunately we are not able to extend access beyond this time frame.

    Workout program

    What’s the difference between I and II? 


    Full Body Blitz II is a progression program for those looking to continue advancing their fitness. The format is the same: 3-4 full-body workouts per week with low, medium, and high rep days.


    The differences between I and II include: 


    • A different selection of exercises included in the programming to challenge you to the max! 
    • Programming includes predominantly compound exercises, as opposed to a combination of isolation exercises in each workout for maximum training frequency of each muscle group.
    • Stronger focus on technique building, which means you will see greater progression and improvements in your strength and exercise ability. 
    • A specific meal plan designed for busy gal’s with only less-than-30-minute recipes included (of course, you can still search for other recipes in the app too if you wish!)

    Access

    You will have access to your training plan and meal plan for the full 8-weeks once you start, and when completed you will have an additional 2 weeks to access your plan.
