Let’s face it, heading towards the end of the year is always a busy time. With Christmas parties, family gatherings and drinks with the gal’s, working out and eating right can be a struggle.
This is the exact reason why I’ve made the Elevate Challenge SIX WEEKS! Beginning on October 31st and ending on December 11th - it's the PERFECT time frame for dedicating yourself to your fitness goals, so you can relax and enjoy the end of the year, having already made significant progress!
#2 Workouts that will help you lean out and push you to the next level
Don’t be fooled - there is A LOT you can achieve in just six weeks of structured training! Workouts are designed using my methods to help your lean out whilst maintaining lean muscle mass.
ELEVATE workouts are resistance training based with some optional cardio. We will focus on main compound lifts and some isolation exercises to get the most out of your workouts within the six week time frame.
ELEVATE has two workout options - TRAIN LIKE LOZ and EXPRESS.
Train Like Loz workouts are 1+ hours long, with 5-6 sessions each week. Pick this option if you want to train just like me.
Express workouts are 30-45 minutes long, with 3-4 sessions each week. This is the perfect option for those who struggle to find time to workout, but still want to achieve results.
The good news is, you can switch between Train Like Loz and Express at any time, so if you get extra busy heading into the festive season, there are still workouts you can do!
#3 The new meals are OUT OF THIS WORLD!
LSF nutritionists have outdone themselves with this challenge. There are no boring meals in sight - you can expect nutritionally balanced meals that satisfy every craving you have.
There are 15+ NEW recipes added to ELEVATE and you can find them as part of your meal plan.
