If you have completed Power Booty Beginner or are a more advanced trainer, then this program is going to elevate your training and help you build on your knowledge! Power Booty Advanced will give you the opportunity to build bigger, stronger, rounder and more lifted glutes! Power Booty Beginner taught you the foundations, now Power Booty Advanced will help you learn how to progress with your lifts, make workouts more challenging and increase your glute building potential!
What it includes:
- An 8 week training program for advanced lifters with previous experience training glutes (we recommend you start with Power Booty Beginner before progressing to Power Booty Advanced).
- Exclusive access to the Lauren Simpson App.
- An 8 week nutrition program (regular or vegetarian) to help you fuel your workouts properly!
- Delicious recipes that can be filtered for a variety of dietary requirements.
- New and more advanced exercises to teach you how to progress your training.

The training program:
- Learn to train like Lauren! These are the secrets she used to transform her booty over the years!
- Each week you will get 5 workouts with a training split of 3 Lower body/glute focussed workouts, 1 upper body workout, and 2 core/HIIT workouts.
- Glute workouts will start with glute exercises that replicate the main movement patterns of the core lifts!
- Glute workouts will also include the signature LSF glute finishers using booty band or bodyweight exercises for that ultra burn and booty pump!
- Exercises include a video and description to help you get confident with correct form.
- Power Booty Advanced includes brand new exercises and training methods to take my advanced girls to the next level!
