What’s included?

  • NEW and IMPROVED8 week workout program filled with Loz’s FAV new exercises. 
  • 8 weeks of GYM or HOME based training program with the option to switch whenever you need.
  • Training split:
    45-60 minutes workouts with a 5 day training split per week - 3x glutes/lower body, 2x upper body/core. Strength-training-based workouts to help you maximise glute growth through utilizing progressive overload. 
  • Home equipment needed:Dumbbells, booty bands, long resistance band.

  • MEALS:
    • 8 week recipe based meal plan with both an option for regular OR vegetarian. 
    • Daily calorie and macro breakdown to suit your individual goals. Calorie level is calibrated based on your individual factors to ensure the right meal plan for you.
