This progressive program will improve your strength, endurance and fitness levels. Plus, you’ll receive practical educational tips to support you when you’re in vacay-mode! Learn about the key lifts and exercises you can do at home or a hotel gym to get a solid training session in, with the goal of building muscle and creating a lean physique.
Your training sessions will take less than 1 hour, and give your whole body a workout! I’ve also included glute finishers, core, HIIT and ‘challenge’ sessions to keep things interesting.
