Key Dates & Access

  • Start Date: Mon 18 October 2021
  • End Date: Sun 12 December 2021
  • Pre-season is BACK! This is a complimentary program accessible via the app if you join before the start date (up to 4 weeks duration - so get in quick!). Includes a training program to prepare you for the challenge or to be used as a deload period. A 4 week meal plan including Loz’s fave recipes is also included! Note: Pre-season is completely optional!
  • **Access ends two weeks after the challenge concludes. We recommend downloading your plan into the simplified PDFs during this time as your access will be cut off after this time. Unfortunately, we are not able to extend access beyond this time frame.


  • Choose between NEW EXPRESS option or ‘Train Like Loz’ style.
  • 8 weeks of GYM or HOME based training program with the option to switch whenever you need!
  • Training split: Express: 30-40 minute workouts with 4 days training per week - 4 x full body workouts. Get the same results in only 4 days of workouts. Make your fitness routine fit your busy lifestyle, not the other way around!
  • Train like Loz: 1+ hour workouts with 5-6 days training per week- 3 x lower body/ core focused days, 2 x upper body/ cardio-focused days, and an EXTRA optional cardio day.
  • NEW exercises to help you level up your training - whether you’re at home or in the gym!


  • 8 week recipe based meal plan with an option for regular OR vegetarian.
  • Daily calorie and macro breakdown to suit your individual goals.
