My Advanced Home program is designed to take your home training to the NEXT LEVEL! This program uses the same equipment used for all my home workout’s but in combinations to take that intensity up!

What you will get:
8 weeks of intensive at home training workouts using a variety of tempos, pre/post exhaust methods and differing rep and set schemes to make the most out of your workouts.
Workouts that will only require dumbbells and a booty band!
Weekly workout schedule will include 1 x full body HIIT day, 2 x lower body focussed days, 1 x upper body focussed day, 2 x cardio/bodyweight circuit days, 1 x optional abs session
Loads of education surrounding nutrition including macronutrient breakdown, how to calculate your macros and using fitness tracking apps!
Recipes with simple ingredients to help you save time and money, and smash your nutrition goals!
Guidance to help you on working towards your goals. Whether that be fat loss, muscle gain or maintenance!

These programs are kicking my butt!! I had to cancel my gym membership due to a medical diagnosis. I am not able to do large compound lifts any more or push my joints to extreme ranges and so I needed a good home workout. These programs are amazing. I have a lot of experience with Lauren Simpson’s gym programs so was excited to give it a go. A few exercises I had to modify due to my limitations but I have found them challenging and enjoyable and that’s hard for me to say about HIIT workouts. I would much rather lift heavy but Lauren has made a program that I love!!! Would highly recommend!!!
