Shred At Home takes all of the concepts from my Gym version and adapts the program so that you can complete it at home. There is no need to leave the comfort of your own house to workout, shred fat and see results. This program includes a meal plan based on your goal to further your results.
Shred At Home includes 6 days of training with resistance training and up to 3 cardio days to burn extra calories.
Essential pieces needed are a set of dumbbells + booty bands.
Additional pieces included resistance bands, a step, a swiss ball and the resistance of your own bodyweight!I will guide you towards:
• Dropping body fat without losing muscle tone
• Improving total body conditioning, muscular strength and endurance
• Improving exercise technique and master the key lifts
• Progressing your overall fitness levels
• Increasing confidence in and outside the gym!
This program will suit experienced lifters and beginners alike! For girls who are looking to decrease body fat, improve their technique and confidence in the gym, learn new training modes, get stronger and fitter and make regular resistance training a part of their lifestyle!
You will have access to your plan for the full 8-weeks once you start, and when completed you will have an additional 2 weeks to access your plan.
We recommend downloading your plan into the simplified PDFs during this time as your access will be cut off after this time. Unfortunately we are not able to extend access beyond this time frame.
