No equipment? No worries! Lauren Simpson Fitness has got you covered. This no equipment 8 week program will take you through workouts that you can do anywhere, anytime! With a combination of HIIT, plyometrics and body weight movements, you will get that lean, defined and toned body of your dreams without the hassle of having to source equipment! We all know that abs are made in the kitchen so we also provide you with a meal plan filled with delicious and easy to prep meals.

What it includes: 

  • 8 week training program that aims to shred body fat, tone and create that well balanced physique!
  • Full access to the LSF app
  • Workout split containing: 1 x Glutes & Hamstrings day, 1 x Upper Body & Core day, 1 x Total Lower Body day, 1 x Abs & Cardio day, 1 x Glutes & Core day, 1 x Full Body HIIT day. 
  • 8 week meal plan with hundreds of delicious recipes to choose.  Plenty of Lauren’s fave recipes are included in the plan! 
  • Choose between regular or vegetarian based meal plans. 
  • Periodised daily step goals to help keep you active and accountable throughout the day.
