8 WEEK BUILD PROGRAM PHASE 2

This program has been designed to follow on from my 8 Week BUILD Plan, so it is only available to those that have completed this program.

With the goal of building lean muscle to create a feminine shape, as well as optimize body fat levels, this program will help you build your ideal physique!

The BUILD program will allow you to:

  • Ramp up your muscle-building capacity whilst minimising body fat deposition
  • Improve strength performance in the gym, as well as fitness and endurance
  • Increase the intensity of your training throughout the 8 weeks to ensure you continue to progress and minimise plateaus
  • Continue to improve exercise technique as well as incorporate more challenging exercises and training strategies
  • Progress your overall fitness levels

The BUILD program is perfect for making ongoing and sustainable progress in the direction of your physique and lifestyle goals. Building a body takes time, and with Phase 2 BUILD you will continue your journey towards strength, shape, and confidence!

Key dates

You will have access to your plan for the full 8-weeks once you start, and when completed you will have an additional 2 weeks to access your plan. 

We recommend downloading your plan into the simplified PDFs during this time as your access will be cut off after this time. Unfortunately we are not able to extend access beyond this time frame.
