Workout program

BRAND NEW 8 week SCULPT IT challenge designed to help you build lean muscle and strength, whilst being suitable for both fat loss and building goals. Progressive weights focused program that will challenge you in NEW ways.

8 weeks of GYM or HOME based training program with the option to switch whenever you need. SCULPT IT offers both ‘Train Like Loz’ and ‘Express’ training programs depending on your schedule and how many days you like to train. 

Training split:

  • Train Like Loz: 1 hour + workouts with 5-6 days training per week - 2x lower body, 1x shoulders, back & triceps, 1x glutes + abs, 1x back, biceps & shoulders, 1x (optional) Low Intensity Steady State Cardio (LISS) + abs. 

  • Express: 30-45 minute workouts with 3-4 days training per week- 1x full body push, 1x glutes + abs, 1x full body pull, 1x (optional) upper body + abs.

Home equipment needed: Dumbbells, booty bands, long resistance band. 


You will have access to your training plan and meal plan for the full 8-weeks once you start, and when completed you will have an additional 2 weeks to access your plan.

We recommend downloading your plan into the simplified PDFs during this time as your access will be cut off after this time. Unfortunately, we are not able to extend access beyond this time frame.


8-week recipe-based meal plan with both an option for regular OR vegetarian.

Calorie specific meal plan is allocated depending on your goal selection in the app (fat loss, maintenance, build muscle). Being in a calorie deficit will allow you to drop body fat and reveal muscle definition. Eating in a calorie surplus will allow you to build strength and increase muscle mass. 

Daily calorie and macro breakdown to suit your individual goals. Calorie level is calibrated based on your individual factors to ensure the right meal plan for you.

CREATE YOUR OWN RECIPE feature - add your own recipes to your LSF meal plan so you can enjoy your fav meals whilst completing the challenge!

Don’t like a meal? No problem! Your meal plan is fully customisable so you can swap recipes to suit your preferences. You can also filter recipes to find vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut free recipes.
