What does it look like?
We train using the same split, the same exercises and the same intensity. You will be introduced to my very own LONG TERM training plan, and experience how I structure each phase throughout the year to achieve the ultimate goal. A new 4-week program will be released MONTHLY in order to hit our milestones and build the physique of your dreams!

What’s included?

  • BRAND NEW Lift With Lauren 4 week program
  • WORKOUTS:
    • GYM or HOME based training program with the option to switch whenever you need.
    • Training split: 5 training days per week; 2x lower body, 1x upper body + core, 1x total upper body and 1x glutes workout.
    • Training focus: addressing muscle imbalances through resistance training for optimal strength and body composition. New training focus every 4 weeks.
    • Home equipment needed: Dumbbells, booty bands, long resistance band.
  • MEALS:
    • Brand new recipe based meal plan, with both an option for regular OR vegetarian.
    • Daily calorie and macro breakdown to suit your individual goals. Calorie level is calibrated based on your individual factors to ensure the right meal plan for you.
    • Don’t like a meal? No problem! Your meal plan is fully customisable so you can swap recipes to suit your preferences. You can also filter recipes to find vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free recipes.
  • Access to our exclusive Facebook forum, where you will connect with #LSFbabes from all over the globe!
