Workout program


8 weeks of GYM or HOME based training program with the option to switch whenever you need.

Training split: 

Train Like Lauren: 1 hour + workouts with 5 days training per week - 1x total lower body, 1x upper body & core, 1x glutes and hamstrings, 1x total upper body, 1x glutes & core.  

Express: < 45 minute workouts with 3-4 days training per week- 3 x full body workouts, 1x glute day.

NEW step-by step video tutorials for those tricky exercises like bulgarian split squats, KAS glute bridge and more! 

Home equipment needed: Dumbbells, booty bands, long resistance band.


You will have access to your training plan and meal plan for the full 8-weeks once you start, and when completed you will have an additional 2 weeks to access your plan.

We recommend downloading your plan into the simplified PDFs during this time as your access will be cut off after this time. Unfortunately, we are not able to extend access beyond this time frame.

Challenge Pre-season is BACK! This is a complimentary program accessible via the app if you join before the start date (up to 4 weeks duration - so get in quick!). Includes a training program to prepare you for the challenge or to be used as a deload period. Comes with a 4-week meal plan featuring Lauren’s fave recipes! Note: Pre season is completely optional! You don’t need to complete this to start the challenge.

Eating well and tracking the foods you already know and love just got that much easier! Personalize your 8 week meal plan by uploading your very own recipe, ingredients and macros. This incredible new feature will allow you to make your favorite meals fit into your LSF meal plan for the ultimate personalized experience. Simply use the ‘swap’ recipe function to swap out an LSF meal with your own recipe. 

Enjoy the meals YOU LOVE whilst still sticking to your recommended calories and getting results!

8 week recipe based meal plan with both an option for regular OR vegetarian, including a daily calorie and macro breakdown to suit your individual goals. Calorie level is calibrated based on your individual factors to ensure the right meal plan for you. 

Over 20 NEW mouth-watering new recipes added - we’ve put an LSF twist on some of your FAV cafe meals like choc chip pancakes, beef ramen noodles, banana split, chicken tacos and SO much more! 

Don’t like a meal? No problem! Your meal plan is fully customisable so you can swap recipes to suit your preferences. You can also filter recipes to find vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, and nut free recipes.
