Designed to help you drop body fat and sculpt a lean physique, 6 WEEK HIIT includes 30-minute workouts so you can stay active - no matter how your schedule’s looking! This program includes 3-5 workouts a week with a mixture of both high intensity interval training (HIIT) and low intensity steady state (LISS) cardio to help increase calorie expenditure and get you burning fat more effectively than ever before. Combined with an express meal plan filled with easy prep recipes, working towards your fat loss goals will finally fit into your lifestyle - no excuses!

What’s included?

  • WORKOUTS: 6 weeks of GYM or HOME based training program with the option to switch whenever you need! Workouts designed to get you shredding body fat whilst maintaining muscle mass for a lean physique.
  • Training split:
    3 x 30-minute full-body HIIT workouts to boost metabolism and stimulate fat loss. Minimal equipment used (dumbbells, kettlebells, and booty bands!).
    2 x optional 30-minute LISS cardio + abs workouts to effectively burn fat and tighten up your core.
  • Home equipment needed:Dumbbells, booty bands, long resistance band.
  • MEALS:
    • 6-week recipe-based meal plan with both an option for regular OR vegetarian.
    • Daily calorie and macro breakdown to suit your individual goals.
    • Nutritionist-designed meal plans filled with EXPRESS recipes to keep your time in the kitchen at a minimum. Meals are easy to assemble and require less than 20 minutes of prep time.
    • Access to the entire LSF recipe database with over 800+ recipes to choose from! You’ll be eating your favorite foods including pasta, pizza, pancakes and so much more!
  • EXTRAS:
    • Access to expert nutrition, workout, and mindset tips within the LSF app to support you on your fat loss journey.

    How is 6 WEEK HIIT different from FULL BODY BLITZ?

    • Workouts: 6 week HIIT uses a mixture of both HIIT workouts (with weights) + low intensity steady state cardio (LISS) to help fire up metabolism and promote fat loss. Full Body Blitz uses traditional strength training. 
    • Days per week:6 week HIIT has 3-5x workouts per week (two sessions are optional). Full Body Blitz has 3-4x workouts per week (one session is optional).
    • Program duration:6 week HIIT 6 weeks. Full Body Blitz is 8 weeks long. 
    • Program goal:6 week HIIT is designed to help facilitate fat loss. Full Body Blitz is focused on staying active with a busy lifestyle and can be used for either fat loss, maintenance or muscle building goals (depending on the calorie level allocated to you).

    Access

    You will have access to your training plan and meal plan for the full 6-weeks once you start, and when completed you will have an additional 2 weeks to access your plan.
