Designed to help you drop body fat and sculpt a lean physique, 6 WEEK HIIT includes 30-minute workouts so you can stay active - no matter how your schedule’s looking! This program includes 3-5 workouts a week with a mixture of both high intensity interval training (HIIT) and low intensity steady state (LISS) cardio to help increase calorie expenditure and get you burning fat more effectively than ever before.
