You’ve asked, we’ve listened. Here is an overview of what’s NEW in the EMPOWER Challenge! 


*NEW APP FEATURE ALERT* - you can now CREATE YOUR OWN RECIPES within the LSF App! This is an absolute game-changer of all my gals wanting to customize their nutrition!
 Following a meal plan can be a real challenge, especially when you have your own personal favorite recipes that you want to eat. So babes, you no longer have to stop eating your fav meals - you can ADD YOUR OWN RECIPES TO YOUR LSF MEAL PLAN!

Simply use the ‘swap recipe’ function to swap out a LSF meal for your own. Add your own recipe image, add the ingredients, directions, and nutritional information so have your own recipe appear in your LSF meal plan!

This is a GAME-CHANGER because it allows you to include your own personal favorite recipes and still have it fit within your daily calories so you can reach your goals whilst eating the food you love!

For the first time EVER, we have an EXCLUSIVE LSF MINDSET COACH as part of the EMPOWER challenge! What does that mean? You’ll be able to access incredibly helpful videos through the LSF app to help you break through mental blockages, boost your confidence, enhance your productivity in life, and improve your overall mental wellness. 


Ever wondered if you're performing an exercise correctly? No need to wonder any longer! Our brand new FIX YOUR FORM series will allow you to send in a video performing certain exercises, where I’ll be able to give corrections to help you improve your exercise technique!

This is SO important because the way you perform each exercise dictates your overall progress. Not only will it improve your technique, but it will boost your confidence so you feel like a boss in the gym! 


EMPOWER challenge features brand new workouts for both GYM and HOME! 

EMPOWER features two training programs: Train Like Lauren and Express.

Train Like Lauren features 1+ hour workouts, 5 days a week. You’ll work on your lower body 3x a week, and upper and core 2x a week.

Express features <45 minute workouts, 3-4 days a week. You’ll complete 3x full body workouts and 1x optional glutes workout each week.


Of course, LSF is back at it again with NEW recipes that we know you’ll love! Our LSF nutritionists have added some of your cafe fav’s like choc chip pancakes, banana split, chorizo and veggie pizza and so much more!
