But I am going to tell you girls right now, the key to persevering through adversity is to focus our energy on the things we can control.

Babe, if you have a body, you have a bikini body! Being “bikini ready” is a mental state, not a physical one. It’s about having the confidence to rock that bikini you’ve always dreamed of and being proud of the hard work you’ve put in to get there.

You will learn the methods I used to get in the BEST shape of my life for the World Bikini Championships (WBFF). Not only will you lift like a boss, you will also learn to master your mindset and unleash that inner confidence.Throughout my fitness journey, I have completely transformed my mindset and approach to health. I started off as a cardio bunny who would hit the treadmill for hours on end. I was afraid to eat and afraid of lifting heavy. Look at me now! The feeling of lifting heavy and fuelling your body correctly is second to none.

Lift like a BOSS
Whether you’re getting a sweat on at home, or smashing it out in the gym - you will learn to lift like a boss! Nailing your form is always a priority before increasing your weights. I want you girls to master all of the core lifts and get strong AF. We have brought hundreds of new exercises to BIKINI x STRONG and they are all available in my LSF app! You can keep track of your progress in training by logging your weights in each workout. We’re all about those strength gains!


Eat like a queen 
Pizza, pancakes and ice cream while dropping fat?! Yep! Use a flexible dieting approach to ditch the restriction and get results. Body composition goals and enjoying your life don’t have to be mutually exclusive! This is the core foundation for the nutritional approach in LSF and BIKINI x STRONG. With a recipe based meal plan, you will be eating like a QUEEN and implement the same methods I do with my nutrition. We have created sooo many new recipes for this challenge specifically, I can’t wait for you babes to try them!
