Have you heard? Our BRAND NEW challenge, SCULPT IT is here! SCULPT IT features 8 weeks of body-sculpting workouts to help you achieve a snatched waist, defined abs, round glutes and a toned upper body.

WHAT IS THE SCULPT IT CHALLENGE?

SCULPT IT is a BRAND NEW 8 week challenge. I felt it was time to create a NEW challenge for my #LSFbabes to enjoy. This challenge is all about sculpting your best physique to create lean muscle definition for an hourglass physique. 

WHEN DOES SCULPT IT START AND END?

Sign ups are open NOW!

SCULPT IT begins on Monday August 22nd and ends on Sunday 16th October. 

WHAT WILL SCULPT IT HELP ME ACHIEVE?

SCULPT IT workouts are designed to target all major and minor muscle groups for a sculpted physique. This will help you achieve:

- Snatched waist
- Defined abs
- Round glutes
- Toned upper body 

If you select ‘muscle building’ as your goal in the app, you’ll be allocated the correct amount of calories to help you build muscle. Choose this goal if you wish to tailor this challenge to help you build more muscle mass. 

If you select ‘fat loss’ as your goal in the app, you’ll be allocated the correct amount of calories to help you drop body fat. Choose this goal if you wish to tailor this challenge to reduce body fat whilst maintaining lean sculpted muscle. 

WHAT IS THE TRAINING SPLIT?

Once you're signed into the challenge, you can choose between two training styles: TRAIN LIKE LOZ or EXPRESS. Train like Loz is the workout split that closely resembles the way I like to train. Express is designed for the busy gals out there who can only workout 3-4 days a week and prefer shorter workouts. 

Train Like Loz: 1 hour + workouts with 5-6 training days per week:
- 2 x lower body
- 1x shoulders, back & triceps
- 1x glutes + abs
- 1x back, biceps & shoulders
- 1x (optional) Low State Steady Cardio (LISS) + abs

Express: 30-45 minute workouts with 3-4 training days per week:
- 1x full body push
- 1x glutes + abs
- 1x full body pull
- 1x (optional) upper body + abs

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO TRAIN AT HOME?

SCULPT IT offers workouts for both GYM and HOME - plus you can swap between them at any time!

If you like to train at home, you will need some dumbbells (preferably a set of lighter and heavier dumbbells), booty bands, and the long resistance band

IS THERE AN IN-APP PRESEASON?

This time around, we have decided to offer preseason through emailed PDFs. LSF wants to give you the best chance at success. Our PDF preseason is focused on educational content that will HELP you effectively prepare for the challenge. The topics explored are:

- How to implement a diet break
- How to deload
- How to get your kitchen pantry ready for the challenge
- How to optimize your schedule.

After implementing all the useful tips and ticks from these preseason PDFs, you’ll be 100% ready to give SCULPT IT your best shot. 

WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE PRIZE?

At the end of the challenge, we will pick ONE winner - somebody with the best inner and outer transformation! The winner will be sent on a trip to the Gold Coast for you and a friend to train and hang with Lauren!
