How To Thrive This Valentines Day

You may think Valentine’s Day is about celebrating romantically with your loved one, but let’s not underestimate the importance of celebrating friendships with your gals and self-love!

It seems like as soon as Valentine’s Day rolls around, every couple possible comes to your attention, but to all my single ladies out there – don’t let this dull your spirit. Whether you are in a relationship or not, Valentine’s Day is the perfect opportunity to reflect on all of your loved ones, including your family and friends! That’s why #LSFBabes are celebrating GALENTINE’S DAY!!

Here are my top tips to thriving this Galentine’s Day –

Celebrate your circle
One of the most important things I have learned over the years is that being surrounded by people who share similar values and interests as you is so valuable. My advice? Find your ultimate girl gang and invest your time and energy into those who support and respect your journey. Write your galentine a cute love note, or send them a message reminding them of all their amazing qualities!

Pamper yourself
Whilst Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to show your love for others, let’s not forget that loving yourself is just as important! Getting caught up in the busyness of life means that we may not always have time for self-care, so use Valentine’s Day as the perfect opportunity to pamper yourself. Doing DIY facials, using a hair mask, having a relaxing bubble bath, and giving yourself a manicure are just a few ways to make yourself feel special. You can also make some time for a workout on Valentine’s Day to help you focus on your self growth and development – talk about empowerment! #LSFBabes are all about self-love!

Have a date night with your gals!
Whether you are in a relationship or single, we all know that hanging out with our gals always makes us feel good! Using Valentine’s Day to celebrate friendships is so important and can be such a fun way to spend this special day. Invite a few of your friends over and host a fun night filled with delicious food, party games and endless hilarious convos! If you can’t physically see your friends at the moment, having a virtual dinner party is just as fun!
