What is GOAL GETTER all about?
GOAL GETTER is a super unique challenge for LSF. GOAL GETTER allows you to tailor the challenge to your specific goal, as there are TWO training programs to choose from! This challenge is all about giving you the tools you need to make an incredible inner and outer transformation. LSF is here to support you in reaching your goals, whether you want to get lean or build your glutes.
What are the two goals I can pick from?
When signing into the challenge for the first time, you will be prompted to pick a training goal. The goal you pick will give you a specialized workout program that is designed to deliver the results you are looking for.
The two goals you can pick between are GET LEAN or GLUTE BUILDER.
Want to drop body fat? Then you should choose the GET LEAN training program as your goal.
Want to build your glutes? Then you should choose the GLUTE BUILDER training program as your goal.
No matter what goal you choose, there is a GYM and HOME option, so you can build your dream physique no matter where you are.
Why do I need to pick a goal? Can I do both?
The best way to see results is to actually dedicate yourself to one specific goal. This way, you will be working towards one clear vision throughout the 8 weeks.
You can swap between both goals within the app, however, this is NOT recommended.
If you pick GET LEAN, you will be doing the GET LEAN workout program.
If you pick GLUTE BUILDER, you will be doing the GLUTE BUILDER workout program.
By sticking to one goal, you will make more noticeable progress.
So before the challenge starts, be sure to think about what goal you actually want to achieve and commit to it!
What are the workouts like?
GET LEAN incorporates both traditional strength training exercises and cardio exercises to elevate fat burning.
There are 5-6 x workouts each week that are 30-45 minutes long. The training split is:
• 2x lower body sessions
• 2x upper body sessions
• 2x HIIT + Abs sessions
GLUTE BUILDER incorporates strength based exercises to help grow your glutes and build a strong feminine physique.
There are 5-6 workouts each week that are 1 hours + in duration. The training split is:
• 3x lower body sessions
• 2x upper body sessions
• 1x cardio, arms and abs
What are the meals like?
No matter which goal you choose, you will be given a DELICIOUS meal plan with the right level of calories to achieve your goal.
Our LSF nutritionists have added 40+ NEW delicious recipes! At LSF, no food is off limits. We want to make healthy eating ENJOYABLE and EASY for you!

When does the challenge start and end?
The challenge begins on Monday 28th March and ends on Sunday 22nd May 2022.
What is preseason and when does it start?
PRESEASON is a bonus complimentary 4 week program that you get to do BEFORE the challenge begins. PRESEASON is designed to get your body ready for the challenging Goal Getter workouts. PLUS, you’ll also get a 4 week meal plan to get you used to meal prepping and confident with cooking LSF meals!
PRESEASON begins as soon as you purchase GOAL GETTER. Doing PRESEASON is highly recommended, but it is OPTIONAL.
However, it’s vital that you SWITCH OVER TO GOAL GETTER (via the LSF APP) before the challenge begins (March 28th) so you don’t miss out on the first day of the challenge!
What equipment do you need to do home workouts?
You’ll need a booty band, long resistance band, and dumbbells.
